RMSBA offers scholarships to store members for the RMSBA Annual Meeting and RMSBA education events. The scholarships are not disseminated in specific amounts. The scholarships are awarded based on store needs. Funds are limited and are awarded on a first-come, first-serve basis. The RMSBA Board of Trustees is solely responsible for all of the decisions regarding the awarding of RMSBA scholarships and reserves the right to accept or reject any application. The process to request a scholarship is as follows:  

1. The store requesting the scholarship faxes or mails the RMSBA Scholarship Request Form to the current RMSBA President.

2. The President will forward the request to the RMSBA Board of Trustees for approval or denial.
   
3. The President will notify the store requesting the scholarship of the board's decision within one week of the request.
